I ordered internationally and still haven't recieved a package, where is it?"Covid-19's affect on International shipping is adding up to 4+ weeks for delivery, thank you so much for your patience!

Where is my E-Mail confirmation (didn't recieve one)?Contact me and let me know the name on the order, e-mail etc. and I will look it up and let you know your order number if you have an order confrimed.

Where is my shipping confirmation E-Mail (didn't recieve one)?All orders are made to order and handmade so I have a turn around time of 2-3 weeks (up to 4 during COVID-19).

Will I receive an E-mail confirmation when my order ships?Yes! With the tracking information so you can keep an eye on your order.

Do you accept returns?All ales are final unless otherwise stated.

How do I start a return?Easy! Contact me and let me know you'd to return your order and I will provide you with a return address. Once you have shipped your item back please provide me with the tracking information and once your order is received back you will receive a refund.

Will (insert charm name here) be re-stocked?Yes! I try to re-stock every charm, every opening! Unless otherwise I.E.: Collab and/or Holiday Launch

What do I do if my package says delivered but it hasn't been?During COVID-19 USPS has been having a hard time keeping up with packages and scanning so please give them some time to get your delivery out to you, hours have been cut from 8 to 4 hours and it has had a huge impact on deliveries arriving in time.

I think my package was stolen what do I do?I'm so sorry we are a very small shop and unfortunately do not cover stolen packages. Unless you paid for shipping with insurance there is nothing I can do.

What do I do if my package is lost?I'm so sorry we are a very small shop and unfortunately do not cover lost packages unless shipping + insurance was paid for. If you don't purcahse the shipping with insurance you can still open a case/claim with USPS for the missing item.

My order has been in customs for X # of days, is this normal?"Unfortunately during COVID-19 this is normal and packages have been siting in customs for 4+ weeks.
